SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

UNITED KINGDOM

Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £100.

Standard Delivery is £3.95 for orders under £100. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

 

UNITED STATES

Free tracked delivery on US orders over $250.

Flat-rate tracked delivery is $10 for orders under $250.

Please allow approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures.

 

EUROPEAN UNION

Free tracked delivery on European orders of €200 or more.

Flat-rate tracked delivery is €10 for orders under €200.

Please allow approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch. VAT will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Orders that are not eligible for prepaid taxes or duties, including orders over €150, may be subject to local import charges on delivery.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

Flat-rate tracked delivery is £20.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or other import charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
